Lexcan Roofing & Waterproofing Systems, Canada
Lexcan
was incorporated in 1968 to develop and market new, state-of-the-art roofing and waterproofing technology. In conjunction with our sister company Lexcor, we pioneered the use of many modern commercial roofing and waterproofing systems, including EPDM, Modified Bitumen, TPO and fleece-backed membranes.
We also helped develop and build the world's first commercial biogas collection and power generation facility. Over the years, Lexcan has completed tens of thousands of successful roofing, waterproofing and liner installations, ranging from the deserts of Algeria to the frozen tundra of Ellesmere Island in the high Arctic.
The knowledge and experience we have gained in the past has resulted in the quality systems we offer today … quality that keeps our customers coming back to us time after time. |

Lexcan Hi-Tuff T.P.O. Specification
Available in New Zealand |

Lexcan Hi-Tuff TPO membrane is a co-polymer of polypropylene and ethylene propylene rubber that has been formed into a membrane sheet and internally reinforced with a heavy duty polyester scrim. A ‘second generation’ single ply prodict, Hi-Tuff marries the advantages of previous generation materials while eliminating their limitations. The result is a roofing membrane that is faster and easier to install yet offers outstanding resistance to weathering, temperature extremes, ultraviolet exposure and a wide variety of industrial chemicals.
In conjunction with a lexcan design system featuring the super strong Lexseam adhesive/tape seam, Lexcan TPO offers building owners the security of a proven, long-lasting roof. For an even stronger and more permanent lap jointing system, Lexcan has developed an ultra strong WELDED SEAM.
