Waterproofing Solutions Ltd is a privately owned, independent company established in Christchurch, New Zealand in December 2004. The company specializes in the supply of high quality waterproofing membrane systems to the Australasian construction market. The head office is based in Christchurch.
Roofing & Waterproofing Solutions provides a service of superior roofing & waterproofing solutions to its customers in the New Zealand and Australian markets. This is achieved through the efforts of skilled staff, using the support from reputable suppliers and highly trained installers with the most up-to-date, premium quality products available that has been proven around the world.
The products are comprised mainly of rubber based sheeting membranes that are adhered to plywood, concrete or other approved roofing substrates. The main use of the membrane is on architectural styled homes, gutters, flat roof areas or containment. As many other roofing products have a minimum pitch that they are allowed to be used at, they are unable to be installed in many low pitch applications. This is where rubber membranes are mainly applied.
Since our conception in December 2004, we have established ourselves as a reliable, competitive and solid supplier to the roofing and waterproofing industry within New Zealand. Much of our success has been attributed to acquiring the agencies of high quality products, the range of products available here and internationally and our superior customer service focus. |

 Trelleborg, based in Varnamo, Sweden, manufactures their roofing membranes under the brand name of “Varnamo” within their building products division. Membrane production started in the early 1960’s and since then, has updated their machinery in 1974. Currently over 45 million square metres of rubber membranes have been installed in roofing and lining projects worldwide. Trelleborg AB was founded in 1905. With over 100 years behind them, a constant drive for quality and a passion for identifying new solutions to complex problems characterize their history, like their future. Production takes place using the very latest calendaring and vulcanization equipment. The operation is certified in accordance with both ISO9001 and ISO 14001.

 Lexcan Limited was incorporated in 1968 to develop and market new, state-of-the-art roofing and waterproofing technology. In conjunction with their sister company, Lexcor, they pioneered the use of many modern commercial roofing and waterproofing systems, including EPDM, Modified Bitumen, TPO and fleece-backed membranes. Lexcan supplies membranes in sheets up to 30m wide and 100m long. Sheets up to 6m wide x 15m long are available ex stock New Zealand.
